Digital Painting & Animated Story/Game Development Contest

eLearn.Punjab aims to organise two contests for different age groups of students from public & private schools such as primary, secondary and high school.

Objectives:

To promote creative ideas with fun
Promotion of digital culture
Promotion of eLearn.Punjab
Sponsor may introduce/promote their products

a) Digital Painting Contest:

Contest aim is to provide opportunity to kids to use e-painting application such as http://www.artrage.com/ and get mature their skills. This is not new idea for international world.

b) Animated Story / Game Contest:

MIT has developed an application Scratch with the support of National Science Foundation (USA), Intel Foundation, Microsoft, MacArthur Foundation, LEGO Foundation, Code-to-Learn Foundation, Google, Dell, Fastly, Inversoft, and MIT Media Lab research consortia. With Scratch, you can program your own interactive stories, games, and animations and share your creations with others in the online community. Scratch helps young people learn to think creatively, reason systematically, and work collaboratively essential skills for life in the 21st century.

Internationally, there are many famous contests in this regard such as Stem Challenge

These are supportive approaches for kids to think, create and learn with fun. Awards, prizes and certificates will be given to winners.
