14.1 ►using slides, photomicrographs and charts

Date

Binary fission is a kind of asexual reproduction in many lower organisms like
Amoeba, Paramecium etc. In binary fission, the parent organism divides into
two daughter organisms of equal size, which then grow to a normal size. Binary
fission takes place when the conditions are favorable. InAmoeba, binary fission
takes place within 30 minutes at 20° C.
