Cultivation of stem Tuber of Potato
1. Sow stem tuber of potato having at least one or a few eyes and water it
daily. After some days, eye will grow into new shoot which will produce
new stem tuber.
2. Record your observations.
□ Draw your observations regarding the structure of a bulb, a corm,
a rhizome and a stem tuber.
□ Draw your observations regarding the growth in the cultivated bulb,
corm, rhizome and stem tuber.
