c: To investigate the oxygen requirement for germination of
seeds
1. Take two 500 ml beakers and label them as A and B.
2. Fill half of beaker A with fertile soil and put some soaked seeds not more
than 1-2 cm deep.
3. Put some soaked seeds in beaker B and fill this beaker completely with
fertile soil.
4. Pack the beaker B in the polythene bag.
5. Keep the beakers for a few days.
Note down the germination of seeds in each beaker and draw your
observation.
